Miguel Gutierrez, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Gutierrez graduated from Weatherford High School and then earned his degree in chemistry from Texas A&M University. He went to medical school at Southwestern in Dallas and then completed his Family Medicine training at Waco Family Medicine Residency. He had a private practice before working in hospice (so he could have more family time) and has been at Campbell Clinic since 2018.

Lawrence Hayward, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Biography

Lawrence (Larry Hayward) graduated high school in west Texas. He has a bachelor's degree from Angelo State University, a master’s degree from Texas Tech University, and master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. He has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare, over 15 years spent with Campbell Clinic. He is a military veteran. He has lived in several different states and 3 foreign countries and has a passion for learning about different cultures.

Amy Henson, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Biography

Amy is originally from Lubbock, Texas and relocated to the North Texas area 20 years ago. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology (1995) and a Master of Science in Sports Health (1997) from Texas Tech University. She obtained her Exercise Specialist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and worked as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation for 6 years before returning to graduate school to pursue a degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She graduated in 2004 with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. For the first 8-1/2 years of her career as a PA, she worked in women's health, with 2 years in gynecologic oncology and 6-1/2 years in obstetrics and gynecology. In February 2013, Amy transitioned to family practice.

Lauren Rexroat, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Biography

Lauren grew up in Dallas and graduated from Texas Woman's University (TWU) with her Bachelors and Masters. She loves working with patients to educate and empower them to make their healthcare choices. She currently lives in the area with her husband and three kids. When not at work she enjoys reading, working out, camping and all outdoor activities.

Holly Bruno, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Biography

Holly Beth Bruno, APRN, FNP-C is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. After getting her initial undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, she developed a love for nursing after volunteering alongside the American Red Cross to help care for hurricane evacuees.

She obtained her BSN from the University of Texas Arlington. Her professional career includes experience in the Emergency Department and Family Practice. While working in the ER she developed a passion for patient education with a focus on helping patients truly understand their diagnoses and medications, in the hopes of increasing compliance and ultimately improving the patient’s outcome.

After eight years of ER nursing, she decided to advance her career to become a nurse practitioner, receiving her MSN from the University of Texas Arlington in 2022. She considers it a true privilege when she can help improve the quality of life for her patients and their families.

She and her husband Craig have four beautiful children – Lucas, Hadley, Addilyn, and Judson. As a family, they are very involved in their church and strive to put God in the center of everything they do. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, camping, hiking, watching Aggie football, and watching her kids play sports and cheer.
